A builder by
nature.

A little context on how hardware curiosity became a wider technical practice.

JAEGER G.R. STRATTON / INDEPENDENT TECHNICAL WORK

I like understanding how things work.

My introduction to technology was hands-on. In 2015 I started exploring PC components, upgrades and the process of diagnosing things when they didn't behave as expected.

That moved into websites, operating systems, security research and software development. I now maintain several projects that let me practice those skills, experiment with new ideas and understand how different parts of a system fit together.

I'm interested in IT technician, hardware support and development opportunities — including international work. I value clear documentation, measured troubleshooting and the ability to keep improving.

WHAT MATTERS

Useful work,
without the noise.

01

Specific over vague.

A working implementation explains more than an impressive-sounding claim.

02

Understand the system.

Knowing the cause of a fault matters more than repeatedly guessing at a fix.

03

Be transparent.

If software is still in development, say so. If a project changes, document the change.
